You need an account to buy or download products. Keep your login safe: activity under your account is your responsibility. You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard.
Drum kits, sample packs, and remakes are digital products delivered through your dashboard. Your license covers using them in your own music, including commercial releases.
You may not resell, repackage, or redistribute the products themselves, or upload them to sample-sharing sites. Sharing your download links or files breaks your license.
Remakes are provided as learning and production tools: rights to the underlying composition belong to their original owners, and releasing a remake commercially may require separate clearance.
Sub-Label is a monthly partnership service, and each tier lists exactly what is included. Billing is monthly or annual, and subscriptions are handled by Dodo Payments. To cancel, send a cancellation request from your dashboard: your subscription stays active until our team confirms the cancellation.
Label deals are made per single, not as long-term lock-ins. The baseline is a 50/50 split of net income with no expenses recouped against your share, no upfront fees, monthly royalty statements, payouts from a $50 balance, and commercial release within 60 days of delivery. If a release stops being exploited for 24 months, rights revert to you.
The full terms of any deal are agreed in writing before a release goes live. Artists under the age of majority in their country need a parent or legal guardian to consent in writing before signing.
The Arvion Music name, the site design, and our written content belong to Arvion Music. Product licenses are described in the store. Artists on the roster keep ownership of their masters under the terms of their deal.
Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record. Refunds are handled under Dodo Payments' refund policy, and refunded products lose download access automatically.
The site and our products are provided as is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
