Privacy Policy

What this covers

This policy explains what Arvion Music collects on arvionmusic.com, why we collect it, and what control you have over it. We keep it plain on purpose: if a section is unclear, that is our fault, and you can ask us about it at [email protected].

What we collect

Accounts: your email address and an encrypted password when you create an account. Your password is never stored in readable form.

Purchases: what you bought, when, and your download entitlements. Payment cards are handled entirely by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. We never see or store your card number.

Newsletter: your email address if you join. Every signup is confirmed through a double opt-in link before we send anything.

Messages: if you use the contact form, the name, email, artist name, inquiry type, and message you send us.

Technical data: a session cookie to keep you logged in and a small browser preference to remember your cookie choice. We use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool that tracks page views without cookies, personal data, or cross-site tracking. Umami is GDPR-compliant and does not identify individual users. We do not run advertising trackers.

How we use it

To deliver your purchases: downloads are unlocked in your dashboard and served through short-lived, private links tied to your account.

To send the newsletter you asked for, with an unsubscribe link in every email. Creating an account adds you to our newsletter list, and you can opt out at any time without losing your account.

To answer your messages and support requests.

To run the service: receipts, entitlement changes, and essential account notices. We do not sell your data, and we do not rent it out.

Who processes your data

We run on a small set of infrastructure partners: Supabase (accounts and database), Cloudflare (file storage), Dodo Payments (payments as merchant of record), and Mailgun and Resend (email delivery). Each only receives what it needs to do its job.

Refunds and access

If a purchase is refunded, download access for that product is revoked automatically. If a subscription is cancelled, access ends when the cancellation is confirmed.

Your rights and choices

You can delete your account yourself from the Settings panel in your dashboard. Deleting your account removes your access to purchased products permanently.

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter from any email we send.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it. Write to [email protected] and we will answer within 30 days.
