How do I submit my music to Arvion Records?
Join our Discord server and share your music in the submissions channel, or reach out to one of our A&Rs via any of our social platforms.
What distribution does Arvion use?
We partner with Identity Music, delivering to 150+ platforms including Spotify, Apple Music, TikTok, and YouTube Music.
How are royalties split?
Each track has a defined split, typically 50/50 to 70/30 in the artist's favor. All splits are visible in your portal.
What is recoupment?
Marketing costs may be recoupable against your revenue share. Only direct, documented, third-party costs are deducted.
When do I get paid?
Payouts processed when your balance meets $50. You can request at any time and receive within 30 days.
Do I own my masters?
Yes. Licensing model — you retain full ownership. After 24 months of no exploitation, all rights revert.
What is net income in music contracts?
All gross revenue minus only reasonable, documented, third-party costs like distribution fees and sample clearance.
How to submit phonk music to a label?
Most phonk labels accept demos via Discord. At Arvion, join our Discord and post in submissions.
What royalty split do independent labels offer?
Typically 50/50 to 70/30 artist-favorable. At Arvion, splits are per-track and visible in your portal.
Does Arvion charge upfront fees?
No. Marketing costs are recoupable but only documented third-party expenses. Marketing above $500 requires your approval.
Do you sell drum kits?
Yes! Premium, royalty-free drum kits, sample packs, and more in our Store. All cleared for commercial use.
What are my rights under the contract?
Full master ownership, 3-year exclusivity per master, 24-month reversion, and audit rights if underpayment exceeds 10%.
